Login & Access
Use the same email or username you use for your regular company account. Click "Login" at the top of any page to get started.
Double-check you're using your official company email. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, or contact support below.
Yes. Your login and address details are used only to process and deliver your gift, and are handled the same way as any other company system you already use.
Gift Selection
One gift per employee for this campaign. Once you submit a request, you won't be able to select another.
No — once you submit your gift request, the selection is final. Please review carefully on the confirmation page before submitting.
Variants are limited and shown on a first-come, first-served basis. If one runs out, it will no longer appear as an option — redeem early for the best selection.
All active, full-time employees on payroll as of the campaign start date are eligible. If you believe there's an error with your eligibility, contact support.
Delivery
Visit the "My Gift" page any time after confirming — it shows live shipping status from confirmed through to delivered.
Your address can only be edited before your gift request is confirmed. Once confirmed, contact support for any delivery changes.
Delivery is available pan-India to all serviceable pincodes. Your address is checked automatically when you enter it.
Dispatch begins from 5 Nov 2026 on a rolling basis. Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days of dispatch.
General
The redemption window is open from 1 – 20 Nov 2026. Gift requests must be submitted before it closes.
Unclaimed gifts after the campaign window closes will be forfeited, so make sure to complete your selection before the deadline.
